1.1 Right of Withdrawal (Distance Sales)
The consumer may exercise his/her right of withdrawal within 14 days from delivery, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
A clear declaration via [e-mail/online form/KEP] is sufficient for the right of withdrawal. (A sample withdrawal form is provided as an annex to the Agreement.)
The product price will be refunded within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, in accordance with the payment method used in the order.
1.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal (Specific to Clothing Products)
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in accordance with the legislation for the following products:

Products prepared or personalized in line with the consumer's wishes,

Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons, such as underwear, swimsuits/bikini bottoms, socks, etc. (if the packaging has been opened/the protective tape has been removed),

Products with detached labels, traces of use/testing (make-up, fragrance, washing), and products that have lost their resalability.
1.3 Return Conditions
The product must be sent with its original box/packaging, all accessories and invoice.
Return shipments are made [free/paid] via [contracted cargo name]. For shipments outside the contracted company, [who will cover the fee] applies.
In case of loss/damage caused by cargo during returns, a cargo report is required.
1.4 Exchange Conditions
Size/color changes are subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must be made within [x days, recommendation: 14 days].
If the exchange is accepted, the new product will be shipped within [time period]. If a price difference occurs, [addition to the completion/refund] will be made.
1.5 Return Process and Refund

1.6 Defective Product
Within the scope of Law No. 6502, the consumer reserves the right to a refund, a discount proportional to the defect, free repair or replacement with a defect-free equivalent for products deemed defective.
